PS-Schedule will be the first scheduling system designed for the complexities of the flexible packaging industry. Giving the scheduler the ability to focus in on a process and timeframe so pitfalls can quickly be overcome or scanned to assess future bottlenecks and put a plan in place to avoid them.

PS-Lean will enable users to locate the waste in their process. It will assist with establishing tact time, and tracking scrap, and down time. PS-lean will provide a real-time performance dashboard so you are not waiting for weekly or reports to know your key indicators.

PS-Shop taking your jobs from order release through to shipping using bar code traceability. It will enable production staff to locate all of the information necessary to action the production plan.

PS-Inventory will receive, track, and ship your entire inventory. With a built in accuracy, it will help you maintain the integrity and confidence in your numbers. The MRP function can work with open orders, min-max, or a combination of the two.

PS-Reporting will be the fastest way to access all your information, or status, inventory balance, and other important key data for your business.
